Activities
This workshop aims for participants to identify the risk conditions that may cause a fire in their homes or community. The objective is to prevent adverse events, considering their electrical or gas installations.
Additionally, participants will learn how to extinguish a small fire. This can be done through a human chain transferring buckets of water (cooling method); extinguishing a flaming pan with a wet blanket (smothering method); removing flammable materials (removal method); and the correct use of a portable fire extinguisher.
